ILITY: bridge halted after a confirmed security breach; loss not published
Update
Foundation: 4.12M ILY of its bridge liquidity drained
23 Oct: ILITY says attackers targeted foundation servers, including with a server-side request forgery, and drained 4,121,791 ILY of foundation-supplied bridge liquidity. The tokens were sold.
User assets were not affected. Deposits, withdrawals, and the bridge stay suspended. Law enforcement has been contacted. No dollar figure yet. The notice does not mention the earlier ZEC rumor.
17 Oct 2026 (late catch): ILITY said there was a security breach on the ILITY Network and temporarily halted its cross-chain bridge. It is working with law enforcement and forensic experts.
No loss amount, root cause, or chain list has been published. An analyst link to a large ZEC movement is unconfirmed and is not a loss figure. No SlowMist row at our check. Research snapshot from ILITY.
369 take
12 million ILY of its own bridge liquidity was drained after a break-in on its servers, then sold. That is a token count, not a dollar loss. User wallets were not part of that take.
Ignore fake refund links. An earlier ZEC number is still not ILITY's figure.
